Bloom Preschool
2025-26 School Contract
In signing this form I agree to enroll my child in Bloom school for the school year beginning 8/20/25 and ending 5/29/26. I am responsible for paying the full tuition during this time period. I understand that Bloom is run on the tuition of families attending and agree to contribute my portion to make that happen.
If something changes in this time period I will notify Mary with as much notice as possible. if need be, she will do her best to find a replacement for my child and I will continue to pay tuition until either a replacement is found or 5/29/26 arrives.
